Red Rooster Shoreditch comes straight from the streets of Harlem to serve up soul food for the 21st century by acclaimed chef Marcus Samuelsson, who infuses the cuisine of the American South with his own cosmopolitan perspective.

The Curtain, Chicken Royale with Champagne

Soulful Southern-comfort food served up with a generous dollop of New York enthusiasm that's unlike anything else in London right now."

From lunchtime onwards, Tienda Roosteria serves up guac’ & chips, tasty tacos, more tequila than you can shake a stick at and guarantees a late night. Set on the ground floor of The Curtain, Tienda is all about the walk-in - from lunchtime tacos, to after-work beers, late night cocktails and beyond. A DJ keeps it lively seven nights a week.

With a retractable glass roof and Moroccan-inspired pool, LIDO is a Mediterranean marvel on The Curtain rooftop.  A year-round dining destination, the day-to-night brasserie serves up fresh, seasonal fare with big sky views. LIDO is only open to hotel guests and Curtain members.
